Milwaukee Brewers ace, CC Sabathia, is laying down roots in SoCal. He is purportedly building a fancy home there…rumor has it that the Yankees are hot to sign him after the season…NY and LA real estate is world’s apart from Milwaukee and Cleveland, but with what he’ll probably garner as a free agent, he won’t have any trouble securing a mortgage.
